I had two customers in front of me. I was in pleased with the wait time. Associates are pleasant and store is clean

I often shop at this store. I called earlier in the day and asked if they had two items. The sales associate Christy indicated they did. I asked that she put items on hold and that I would be in later today or tomorrow. I gave her my name. Later today, I came in only to find out that she did not but the items on hold for me. She stated it was busy at the time I called and they had plenty of the items I wanted. My concern is that if I had sent someone in to pick up the items for me they would only be asking for items on hold for me. At the time that I arrived it was not busy.

I purchased a charm bracelet for my goddaughter as a sentimental reminder that her mother, who passed away suddenly, is still with her in spirit. The charms were from the mom/daughter pink sparkling heart section with messages about the forever love between them. She loved it! I couldn't be more grateful. Choosing a gift at a time of profound grief takes thought and consideration. I'm so happy to have had the pleasure of working with sales manager, Terrise to make a wise selection. I will definitely return soon.

There wasn’t a lot to choose from regarding the charms I wanted.

I was Satisfied

Not many options for men. Alot of men go to Pandora to shop for women. However, I like to see options for men as well. I eventually did buy a rind for me (zig zag). Put it on my pinky finger.

I picked a bracelet that was on sale but only the size 1 & 2 was on sale and I needed a 3. That isn’t fair. Just because my arm is larger I have to pay full price.
