Everything does not have to be highly satisfying, I was satisfied. I paid more than I wanted too. The sale assistant was awesome and very professional. Because she was a wonderful sales person, I purchase more than I came in to get.

The store is a little ways from me. I have closer locations.

Staff is always pleasant, I go into Pandora to have my bracelets cleaned .

I was very please with the Experience at Pandora. I never have any issues when I go to this particular Pandora site. They couldn’t satisfy my reason for visiting this store.

I need to say that I'm really satisfied with how I was treated everybody spoke and I enjoyed that when I came in the door everybody was willing to help specially the person that was waiting on me I will definitely come back definitely come back

While my experience at the store where I made the purchase was good. I tried to exchange it at a different store because it was closer to home. The salesperson told me that she could not refund the difference of the exchange because it was a franchise store. The receipt from my purchase states that items can be exchanged/returned within in 30 days with receipt to PANDORA stores. This was a PANDORA store so I was/am very confused. In addition to this misinformation the customer service at this store was terrible. I am very disappointed. This is not the level of customer service that I've come to expect from the PANDORA brand.

The sales people took their time with me. They did not rush me and they made suggestion.
