Originally, my intention was not to visit Pandora, but to visit Tiffany's. When I passed the store, the clean displays immmediately drew me in. The moment I stepped into the store I was greeted by smiling associates who kindly asked for me name and informed by my friend and I that there would be a short wait, which is to be expected during the holiday season. After giving my name, I browsed the store and was pleasantly surprised to see that the selection of items were exactly what I had been looking for. An associate, Imani (of the 1613 Walnut location), went above and beyond when helping me select the jewelry I wanted. From sizing questions, to inquiries about quality, she displayed a knowledge that sold me on more than one item. And when I couldn't quite make up my mind, she had absolutely no problem and a world of patience as I switched back and forth between items. She made me feel so comfortable that I will definitely be back. The kindest of all the associates in the store created such a welcoming atmosphere that I immediately knew I had to leave a glowing review for the ladies in the store. Especially Imani.
