The location of the store works for me. The staff was very friendly. And they made sure that the exchange was smooth

The service was excellent. They were patient and courteous. They were also helpful in finding the jewelry I was interested in.

Very knowable employees . Friendly provided suggestion to my purchases. Showed other merchandise to be purchased on my next visit.

I was in and out of the store . The sales lead that helped me knew where everything was at that I wanted . He also suggested I apply for a card !

Not everything I wanted was available. Either not in stock or retired. I hate that I have to go to multiple Pandora Stores to try to find all items I'm looking for. I want to go to one store and that's it. Or if not available have the option of having the store find it for me and ship it to me for free. Also instead of taking surveys for $10 off a $100 purchase it would be great to earn points on all purchases that can be redeemed.

I had to wait a bit for service because there were not many store workers available.
