Brittany assisted me in Store on 16th and Walnut in Center City Philadelphia, PA. I had previously called her the day before about a resizing of my ring, even when I came in the one she held for me was still too big. So she looked all around to find the perfect size for me. She was super friendly and amazing. Would definitely recommend this store.
