Im a big fan of customer service and everytime I go to this location the staff is always pleasant and ready to serve you with a smile. On this day when I made this purchase Andy waited on me and she's awesome always willing to help me make the right choices when I'm unsure of what I want. I love her enthusiasm as well as her smile. Andy always make me feel comfortable when shopping and not rushed. She takes quality time with her customers and that's what makes me keep coming back.

Due to Christmas the store was busy. However, the staff placed shoppers in order of entering the store. This helped the flow greatly. We were from out of town otherwise I would shop there again.

The clerks were very friendly. I appreciated the many choices I had to pick from. The store was neatly arranged.

i only had 1 hour the store was packed and i had to get in and out, they moved efficiently and VERY polite. Each associate took their time and made you feel special not rushed and went and got each piece and rung me up gift wrapped and i still had time to make it to work ON TIME...i dont think i will buy Pandora online i will stick to the store i had such a GREAT experience there
