I was positively greeted as soon as i entered the store, but not overwhelmed. Although the store was quite crowded, there was not a long wait before I was seen by an associate (Tatyana), who was very knowledgeable about "all things Pandora".

The only thing that I expected was a specific charm had been taken out of stock. I was however able to choose another one just as nice.
