Great and fast service.

I was very happy how I was treated and helped. The representative Sheree was very nice and attentive to my questions and finding the things that I wanted.

I went to the store to see what the policy was for a broken leather bracelet. I also wanted to purchase a charm for my daughter. The sales associate, Andy was wonderful. She was so helpful and gave me a new bracelet in exchange for the broken one. I purchased a birthday charm for my daughter and the associate offered to gift wrap the box ( a service I never knew was available). We have a brief conversation and I told her why I love coming to Pandora and I would definitely be back.

I was looking for a pig charm for a bat Mitz Vah snd although it was slightly more than i wanted to spend it was exactly what I was looking for- Tiffany has a pig charm for over 200 and then you still need to buy the bracelet which is inappropriate for this gift! I was happy and went with the more expensive bracelet since the one for 45 was very hard to hook and unhook. I had to upgrade and go with the 60 dollar bracelet. It looked more elegant but it was more than I should have spent/ other options for a clasp/ might be nice at the 45 range. I still had a great experience! Bring back the figure skates!

I walked into the Pandora store and was greeted with a hello. Sales Associate was readily available to assist me. There was no trying to sell me on items I wasn't looking for and directed to exactly what was needed.

The ladies at the store was pleasant, very knowledgeable and always give good suggestions on what to buy.

I have shopped at this store since it opened. They have continuously been professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They demonstrate patience and have an excellent knowledge of the charms.
