The staff at this location are excellent. They are attentive to the customers needs, remember providing assistance to you always and seem to have the knack at knowing your needs. Many of times I have walked in with a specific plan and they have worked with me and made different suggestions. Selecting the right charm to provide the look one desires can be time consuming and unpredictable but the staff hang in there with you until you are satisfied.

The corporate store in Center City Philadelphia is always bright and clean. I was surprised that it wasn't very busy at the time I visited in the mid-afternoon. I was greeted and was waited on fairly quickly. The sales manager made suggestions for my newest bracelet that I thought were helpful, and she redesigned my charms on my bracelet to make them more balanced.
