There was an associate that came to me other than me being on the waiting list I was in and out. They had what I wanted and was quick for a last minute valentine gift.

I just wanted to stop in the store to check out something. Sheree, my sales associate greeted me with a warm smile as she was finishing up her other client. Sheree was very knowledgeable about the merchandise, she asked a few questions and made suggestions based on my life bc she said your charm bracelet is suppose to be a story about you.

I was kind of dissatisfied because I called ahead of time for a product. They told me they would hold it and when I got there there was no product.
