I had to exchange an item purchased online for size on my lunch hour. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped in a friendly timely fashion and even had my online purchase wrapped up much more nicely.

The sales person Brittany G.no.162278 was so helpful and she remembers me every time I come into the store. I found everything I was looking for and the style I wanted.

As soon as I entered the store I found what I was looking for on display. They had a sale so I recieved more than I bargained for & everything I wanted was in stock.

I walked in the walnut street store before work looking for a quick gift for my best friends birthday. Kelly immediately greeted me and asked what I was shopping for. I explained and she got me in and out in less than 10 minutes. I spent $180 and would spend it again just because of the customer service she gave. I’m a co manager for EXPRESS so I appreciate great customer service and that’s what Kelly gave. I’ll be back to see her soon!

I really enjoyed my visit to the center city location, the service rep was very polite and waited on me with every intention to see that I was happy at the end of my purchase.

It was less time I had to wait they are friendly they have ppl skills attitudes were good they was all so pleasant even the ones that wasn't helping me. I will definitely go back.

All the Sales clerks are very helpful and courteous. Brittney has always helped me when i came into store here customer service is excellent, she helps me find the pieces i need and even suggest pieces which i have purchased. I am very pleased with this pandora location.
