I came in to buy a bracelet for my mother for Christmas. The style I was interested in was sold out a second before requested it. One of the sales associates overheard what was going on and came over to offer the one she was wearing for work. Ironically she was also wearing the same charm I was also looking for! It was awesome!! I was rung up while the bracket was cleaned and wrapped for me. Top notch customer service!!
