The sales associate was very helpful while I was picking our charms for my Mothers Birthday. She patiently waiting while a made multiple calls to siblings while they picked their charms. She gave me the opportunity to fill out a credit application to receive a 10% off discount. The selection was also very impressive.

I came into the store to exchange a bracelet that I had ordered online. The sales associate was very helpful after hearing it was a gift and made very good recommendations!

The associate was very knowledgeable. She showed me different options for my daughters bracelet. Overall, she was very pleasant. I can’t wait to go back to add my more charms to my daughter’s bracelet.

Tattianna was very friendly and patient with both me and my husband. Between the two of us we can be a lot to handle but she was kind, patient and engaging as well as very knowledgeable it was very easy to get what I came in looking for and more.
