I came in and they took my name down. Waited as they had people in a waitlist. They were able to get me to an associate within 10 minutes. I completed my purchase with Nancy who I had before. She was great. She showed me the item I wanted and was able to clean my bracelet right away.

The staff was all friendly they they quickly took care of us , the wait time wasn’t long either , they helped us quickly as well and explained everything there was to know about our charms . Super nice great service

Erin and Jenn, along with the rest of the associates, were very friendly and helpful. I was shown as many items as I wanted to see. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

I was welcome when I enter the store and star looking whit out pressure. I was able to see a good variety of items and tried it on. I really like this pandora store.
