I love the merchandise and the associate was very sweet and patient! She was able to provide answers to my questions as well as locate each charm I requested to seed.

My salesperson Beth was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The manager who assisted was very kind and gave me information on upcoming sales and the great sales coming up and how to take great advantage of the sales and getting the most for your money. The store overall was very friendly and clean and was just a great happy holiday feel!

We went into the store on Black Friday, around 6pm, and was pleased that they had an associate greeting new customers, taking names and putting us on a waiting list to speak with an associate, and giving an approximate wait time. We waited a shorter time than quoted (10 minutes, not 20), and used that time to look around the store so we were ready when our "turn" came up. Our associate (151129) was very polite,helpful, and efficient, and we were in and out of the store in 25 minutes.

The sales team are already friendly and willing to help you. Although I had to wait because it was busy, I did not mind because I love to look at all the stuff.
