Very friendly staff, easy to navigate store. And quality product.

Because I knew what I wanted and the sales person went right to the mini charms and showed them to me, I picked out what I wanted and was on my way.

All of the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I asked questions about the product I purchased and she was able to answer all of them. I have not worn my purchase yet, as it is a Christmas gift but the quality seems very nice. I also love that there is a one year warranty. I will be making more purchases in the future.

Store displays were very well done. Sales associate was knowledgeable & pleasant. I don’t live in Maryland, which is the only reason I will not return in the near future.

I loved how quickly my boyfriend and I were helped- we were buying his mother a Pandora bracelet for her birthday. Though I know quite a bit as a Pandora bracelet owner, the company was new to him and the Sales Associate was WONDERFUL explaining everything to him. She brought us options for the charms we wanted, and was just amazing. She was quick to get us exactly what we needed, she was good with conversation, and she was relatable. His mother loved her gift, and I loved having the Associate (I wish I had her name!) help us with it.

I asked for only the new holiday charms and the sales associate quickly pointed them all out to me. That was extremely helpful to me.

The sales clerk knew what I was interested in when I said 'Christmas beads', she knew where they were supposed to be and had very little trouble locating them (they had been put in an incorrect location). She was extremely kind and helpful, yet not pushy. She allowed me to make my own decisions. You should treasure her and bring her back if she is a temp. I should go and find my receipt to get you her name but hope you can find it in your records. This sales girl was top notch. You should be VERY proud of having her on your staff.
