The sales associate was knowledgeable about all of your products. She quickly identified what I was looking for and retrieved several items that were similar. This was a quick and pleasing holiday purchase.

Sales Lead was friendly and prompt. She allowed me to try on some new pieces by Pandora and even recommended I switch my bracelet for a larger size to allow for comfort and flexibility. I took her advice and I truly enjoy the larger size bracelet.

The sales associate was extremely nice, she was also very knowledgeable as well. The item I was interested in was quickly retrieved and packaged.

This was my first purchase in a Pandora Store and was a great experience. My Sales Associate (Ashley) was very knowledgeable about the merchandise, very helpful, she had a great attitude and really seemed to enjoy helping me. The only complaint I might have is that the store was a little tight (an observation, not a criticism); but otherwise, the store was very bright, the displays were beautiful and the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Although the store was very busy as to be expected at this time of the year, the sales staff was still patient and professional and did not have the look on their faces as to say "when is the line going to end"? My salesperson Jamil, was very attentive and in the midst of being super busy, she knew where everything was as we went from case to case to making selections. When I asked for her opinion as to where I should now place my new charms, she offered her expertise as to where I should inter-mingle my new charms to still maintain balance within all 4 of my bracelets. She should be acknowledged and commended for her expertise.
