I was highly satisfied because i was greeted kindly when i first walked in. I had no issues locating the ring i was looking for without assistance because of the organized layout. Finally because of the great customer service I received when checking out the store.

My salesperson was Nicole at the Westfield Annapolis location. She was knowledgeable able and took the time to show me items on the budget that I was able to spend. I left out of the store Happy because I stayed in my budget and I love the purchase she assisted me with ! Her recommendations we great !! My sales associate “Kori” was very knowledgeable of the Pandora merchandise and answered all of my questions. She made additional suggestions as well as told me about the free cleaning of my bracelet. I was happy with my purchase and will be returning again.

Due to the holiday ending, the store was less crowded. The sales associate was pleasant. The merchandise purchased was on sale.

The customer service is always an awesome experience. The sales associates are always very professional, curious and patient to me, especially when I'm indecisive of what I want. The store is always very bright and organized.

This was my first purchase of a Pandora bracelet and charms. The sales associate explained the options to me which was extremely helpful. I purchased a few items in the store and then went online to purchase a few others. I would have waited to purchase in store when items were restocked but I did not want to miss the sale.
