Pandora Jewelry

My cousin referred me to pandora. It was my first time and it was great. I love the jewelry. I want Disney charms.

Vera was my sales associate and she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise.

First time in Pandora and didn't know much about the store. My sales associate explained everything to me why Pandora is such a popular thing and was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. She also assisted me in making choices since it was my first time visiting.

I had a return without a receipt so I was nervous they wouldn't allow my exchange. My bracelet was a gift and it was too big. No questions were asked and she helped me figure out the right size

I always enjoy visiting Pandora. Everything is so beautiful. The sales associates are always so kind and helpful.

My presence was acknowledged, once I walked in. Even though they were busy. The Sales Lead, excused herself and went to get a pad and started checking people in why they were coming in. Each guest that arrived while I was being handled was greeted by all staff upon entering the store. I did not feel rushed even though they were busy. The information shared with me about my bracelet and cleaning of items was very helpful.
