This was my very first purchase with Pandora and the associate was very patient. The associate was quite knowledgeable of Pandora products. The associate made the appropriate size recommendations to me e.g., noting there should be two fingers width between my wrist and the bracelet, how many charms were recommended per bracelet, spacer information, etc.
