i was waited on as soon as i entered the store the sales associated was very helpful and friendly she offered to brush my bracelet which i have never been offered that in my previous visits.

Sales associate gave me helpful information of which I was previously unaware. No other associate has ever mentioned this information before. Quickly waited on.

I love the merchandise. The sales associates are so helpful in designing the bracelets.

It was Saturday before one of the busiest days, Mother's Day. Our associate was extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient didn't rush our purchase, she served us as if we were the only ones in the store. That really meant alot, with her expertise it made our purchase more than perfect for our mom.

The sales report was friendly and knew a lot about the items.

The store was crowded but the staff was still friendly and efficient.They worked quickly but did not rush guests. The staff was not pushy.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at the Pandora in Westfield Annapolis mall once again. I am always treated exceptionally well, whether I am buying or just looking around. At this particular visit I was helped by a new employee Frances, who was on top of her game for only being her second day at work. Her supervisor Vera who has always been an exceptional sales associate, offered gentle guidance when needed and made the visit even more delightful when helping me and my friend Julie (who I have introduce to Pandora bracelets) make our selection of items. I've said it before and will say it again, they are an amazing team of ladies working together to make our purchases fun and meaningful. They are all very much appreciated. Thank you Vera for your wonderful customer service and Frances, keep up the great work and welcome to the team. :)

My husband asked me to pick something out for Mother's Day at the Pandora store in Annapolis Mall. Upon entry, I observed the store was very busy. The store manager, Ms. Annelies Lucarelli, advised me that someone would be with me as soon as possible and that one person was ahead of me. I thanked her for letting me know (as she was currently assisting someone with a new bracelet and charms and she also handed me the new 2018 Spring/Summer book) and I continued to look around the beautiful store and browsed through the new collections. I listened to Annelies while she was with this other customer and was so impressed with her excellent customer service and prayed that I would get her to help me. Annelies surpassed my expectations. She truly showed me, the customer, how important it is to interact with during the entire experience in a friendly- helpful and positive way. Thank you, Annelies! You are amazing and such an asset to Pandora.
