I am highly satisfied with my experience because the sales person was so nice and experienced. Then even though we were shooing for me my little sister still had something to look at.

The sales reps. We’re very helpful, tried hard to locate the item I really wanted,but I had received a gift at Christmas , unopen,so they were willing to exchanged,. I have returned the item my mail, and hopefully I will be able to receive the one item I really want, so,I continue buying more. I did purchase two other items for the collection,I’m looking for! I highly recommend Pandora in Annapolis Mall because the staff were accommodating and friendly to me and my husband. We were there over an hour and looked at sooo many different bracelets with charms. Stacey was very patient and never seemed to be bothered. She was very knowledgeable of the product and even allowed me to try her personal bracelet and showed how charms would look on her bracelet.

Lauren made my visit fun! It seem like i already knew her!! She was very knowledgeable.. she made suggestion and didnt pressure me. I had plan to spend no more than $250 but i liked everything she showed me end up spending $429!! I will be back soon to purchase more charms!!!

I was highly satisfied with my last visit because of the beautiful pieces I walked away with. I was excited to see cord bracelet in orange. I am obsessed with the color orange. So to get the bracelet (which has two sizes) in the large size, it can also double as a choker necklace when I feel like doing that. In addition, to get the shape of Love charm in orange made my day. Especially since the day I was in the store, was my birthday.

The store was clean and well lit. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They listened to my daughter and took their time showing her pieces that she liked.

I found the charms I wanted. And the sales lady fixed my bracelet so my charms wouldn't fly off.
