Lauren J actually took her time with me and I appreciated that. She was patient in awaiting my decisions as I was a first time buyer of Pandora. I was satisfied with my bracelet. The only dilemma was that one of my charms weren’t cleaned. I think it was a sample. But I had to come back to the store for a cleaning. Overall I loved the experience.

The sales agent was so professional, spent time showing me all my options, wrapped my gifts, gave a me a pamphlet showing me how to care for the items, it was one of the best shopping experience i have had in a long time!

I love the selection theres something for everyone. I also love how they have matching sets of earrings and rings. I feel like the price matches the quality very well.
