I was there because I bought a ring a month ago and it was scratching and hurting the person I bought it for. But we worked everything out and are very happy with our purchase. They helped and took great care of us today.

The Associates were very welcoming, and felt quite comfortable in that store. My Assoc was Very helpful in what I was looking for and with the right sizing of the bracelet that I purchased. I will return to the the Annapolis Md store to purchase future pieces.

The customer service was great. And Ms Courtney my salesperson was very patient.

The experience was amazing. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. They had what i wanted in stock and I was very pleased with how smoothly the experience went.

The sales rep was very helpful with showing me the products.

Ms Rochelle was a pleasure to interact with. I didn’t realize putting together a bracelet with all the fixings would be an intricate, timely process. I have to say that Ms Rochelle had product knowledge; she let me know the best way to handle the bracelets and clips. In addition, she was patient, pleasant and professional with me. I would highly recommend this place and Ms Rochelle.

When I walked in I immediately felt comfortable, unlike many other stores. I was treated with kindness, and everyone was very nice and got me exactly what I was looking for. I enjoyed my visit!

The location of the store inside the mall was convenient. The price of the charms were reasonable. Lastly, staff was friendly and available.

We had visited a JARED THE GALLERIA store with Pandora merchandise, and chose a charm we liked, but had been underwhelmed by the service and selection. So we decided to visit the Pandora store in the mall next to it. Courtney M. (No. 136048) greeted us enthusiastically. She asked what we were looking for, what the recipients' interests were, and she showed us about a half dozen charms she thought might be of interest. She was helpful but not intrusive about pricing and options. We chose a charm we were very happy with, and we were very happy with the prices, as well. (At Jared, the salesperson informed us that a sale had just ended the day before.) We returned to the Jared store and returned that merchandise, without incident. Overall, the Jared salesperson was aloof and dismissive - and had sold us one of the MOST expensive of the Pandora charms. Our Pandora store experience far and away exceeded our Jared experience!
