I had alot of questions about thing and they were very helpful and answared every thing i asked. was very helpful that i bought 3 items.

The store was not crowded at all like it usually is when I visit, which made the shopping experience much less stressful. This store seems to be out of the size 2 bracelet that I wanted quite often, but the manager accommodated my request to switch the ball elements so I could get want I came in the store to get.

The sales staff were helpful and the display at the BWI location was very engaging. I had to make an exchange and went to the Westfield Annapolis Pandora location. The first clerk gave me wrong information about the exchange policy. Questioning the accuracy of the information I returned to the store and spoke to another clerk. She was helpful and apologetic stating the other clerk was new. She made the exchange for me and I was very satisfied.

The person helping me was very pleasant. She was also very knowledgeable. She quickly found what I was looking for.

During my Pandora visit, the sales associate was readily available and willing to assist me. She was aware of the store's inventory and was able to immediately find the charm I had come to purchase. She was friendly, polite, and was able to have me in and out of the store in a timely fashion.
