This would be my first review ever and I'm writing it because the service I received was simply amazing!! Amira Z the person who checked me out was more than helpful. Gave me advice on how to combine my charms onto my bracelet. Was even nice enough to take hers off and show me a new way to place my charms. Not only was she helpful but extremely patient with me, as I normally take a long time to decide on my purchases, she helped me from start to end. For sure recommend going to this location, as for the rest of the staff very welcoming made sure I was helped as they saw me standing looking at the booklet of all the charms for quite a while. Overall satisfied.

I had bought a couple rings from Pandora's online store and they fit a little too big. So I decided to exchange them for a smaller size. I went to a retail store and the associates were very nice and prompt at helping me. The process was easy and didn't take too long, it was straightforward and easy to do. Overall, it was an excellent experience for me.
