My sales person Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and plesant she even noticed an error in the charm that was on my bracelet and corrected it .

The associate was understandable to help me, I received a bracelet for my 30th birthday, but the bracelet was small, when I went to Annapolis Mall I forgot my gift receipt at home and the staff still gave me the right size as a courtesy.

Ashley was very friendly and knowledgeable about the bracelets and charms. She even offered suggestions including, colors and styles. There was a great after Christmas sale and the sales associate was helpful.

The sales associate was friendly & professional. Also very knowledgeable on all the products etc. The entire staff was nice as well. I did an exchange on the bracelet I bought to a smaller size one. Overall happy with everything!
