The staff was not pushy and let me explore the store at my own pace, and were willing to help as soon as I was ready to ask for assistance.

While the store was crowded and we had to wait our turn, our sales associate was very helpful. My daughter needed to exchange 2 gifts she received for her 18th birthday. She received a ring that was a size too big and a silver chain that was too long. The silver chain was bought on sale and there was not a shorter one just like it, so the manager gave us a discount on a different style chain. Both the manager and our sales associate were very helpful.

The saleperson was extremely helpful and had knew the products in the store. She took the time to help me choose charms for my bracelet and choose the charms that best suited what I was looking for. I like the Pandora store in the Annapolis Mall, they seem to have everything I want in stock.
