I received excellent service and communication from the staff. We stopped in to have a bracelet cleaned but ended up making a purchase as well because we were greeted so warmly and made to feel comfortable.

After purchasing Pandora for many years, this time one of my many bracelets broke. I didn't know if Pandora could help, but I went to see. The team was more than accommodating and will highly recommend this store and Pandora for their great customer service.

I went in looking at rings and the associate was very helpful in this task.

My bracelet had a broken part. I expected for them to offer to fix the part, but they exchanged the entire bracelet. She moved all of my charms to the new bracelet. The sales clerk also showed me some new charms and gave me the latest catalog.

The staff was great in helping me select my new bracelet and helped with getting my old ones cleaned. She also asked if I would like to cleaning tools in which I turned down this time but will be getting very soon.

Great customer service went above and beyond to try to find me the correct size. Friendly atmosphere and the sales representative took her time and didnt rush me in my selection. She closed the sale in a quick and friendly manner.

Won’t need anything

I was highly satisfied because we found what we needed quickly. We also received the help we needed very fast. I was overall very happy because we got two charms is less than five minutes.

I’m addition, she went above and beyond by cleaning my bracelet without me asking. She was very kind and friendly and I was able to connect with her a lot.
