The associate that helped was so welcoming, nice and very helpful. I visited another jewerly store before going to here, the customer service I recieved in this Pandora store was so amazing. I would definitely go back here from now on for my charms and bracelets.

I purchased the new Reflections bracelet and 3 charms. The assistant was very helpful in sizing my wrist and instructing me on how to fasten the band and charms. She offered to try various charms, but did not pressure me.

The store was very bright and clean. I was greeted and helped immediately. The sales associate was friendly and attempted to sale me additional merchandise without being pushy.
