the sales associate named lauren j was the one who helped me today. she was very kind and understanding of my specific situation, being someone else bought me a ring without knowledge of my sizing. i came in looking to use the replacement policy. she went out of her way to explain the reasoning of my missing stones and even suggested i sized down to ensure hopefully no more missing stones or shape damage. she showed me a beautiful collection of rings and sized me for a new thumb ring. 10/10 from me
