Pandora Jewelry

I walked in and was greeted right away and asked if I was looking for anything particular at the pandora at the Annapolis mall in Maryland. I told the lady I was looking for Disney charms. She showed me where they were and they were all located together and organized. I asked about a particular charm that I knew was a last chance item and going away she said she didn’t believe they have it and that everything should be out. While I was looking at charms she had walked away and I found one I liked and wanted to purchase, she then came back over to me with the charm that I had asked for and said they had 3 left, so I bought both. She was very helpful and polite.

The sales associate was very friendly.She was knowledgeable and offered alternatives to my problem. She gave me a good resolution to my issue.

Ashley, my sales associate, was very knowledgable of the products and provided a great selection based on what I was looking for in regards to gifts to family members. She provided some great options and it was difficult for me to decide which one I wanted to purchase. She also made me feel valued and heard when thinking about what things I wanted to get for my family members.
