I absolutely love Pandora jewelry, there's always a great selection, and I'm always upset that I can never get more than I want each visit. My sales associate was friendly, knowledgable and very engaging when it came to trying the rings on. She made me laugh and offered up different items she thought I might light. She also told me about good sales and the opportunity to buy last chance before I miss the items. If the quality of the jewelry and customer service remains outstanding, I will always come back.

When my daughter and I walked in the store, everyone in the store took notice and spoke. The sales person was so kind and pleasant. When we told her what type of charm we were looking for she knew what we wanted and went straight to it. We had a great time in Pandora.

It was easy to find what we wanted. The selection of rings was great and in the right size. The sales associate was very friendly.

I had to return a damaged charm and get my bracelet cleaned, I dropped off the bracelet but they didn’t have a replacement charm so they would call when the shipment comes in during the week. Charm found at another store and was sent to my store. I was called when I the charm arrived. The associates were very helpful with my entire experience. Thanks for the great customer service.

The clerks were helpful and quickly showed us what we were looking for. The choices of the item we wanted were cast and in stock. The store was clean and organized.

The assistant manager was very knowledgeable about the products. She listened to my concern about the charms on my bracelet and suggested I get a safety chain. She showed me several to choose from. She took all of the charms off my bracelet and put them back on with the safety chain.

Pandora has a great selection and the sales persons are always willing to help
