The sales associate was very friendly. There were a lot of pieces still available after the holidays. The manager was greeting everyone and making sure everyone’s name was on the list.

They had every bracelet I wanted. In addition to the charms. The sales associate also showed me about the spacers to keep the charms in place. Best day ever!

I was high satisfied with my pandora experience because I was last minute Christmas shopping and the two sales associates that helped me knew exactly what to get me for my mom. They knew my budget and helped me find something that I liked. I also brought in her bracelet and they polished that while I was making the purchase.

Julie was very helpful and patient with my boyfriend and I. There was a wait to get into the location but she handled our needs in a timely fashion. She was very friendly and attentive.

My sales associate, Gaelle, went well above and beyond in helping me purchase an item that was out of stock at her store! She found the item at a location near her home, picked it up personally and transferred it to her store, and called me the next day letting me know it had arrived! She was professional, personal, and a complete pleasure to do business with! Much credit to her for going the extra step to make a sale and ensure a happy customer!
