Pandora Jewelry

I went to return a necklace because the one I got online wasn’t long enough. Gelin was amazing!! She helped me a lot. She gave me great ideas and information. She even helped me pick out a beautiful necklace for my girlfriend. She rocks!!!

I called the Annapolis, MD store looking for heart earrings. The associate check the stock for me and put 2 pairs on hold for me. She was very nice.

The store was brightly lit so that you could she all the merchandise. The Sale Rep was very knowledgeable in picking out a bracelet and a charm for my granddaughter. I let the Sales Rep know what activities my granddaughter was involved in and even showed her a video of my granddaughter dancing so she showed me multiple charms so I allowed her to pick a charm for me. She asked how old my granddaughter was and if it was for a special occasion and did she want a Pandora bracelet, I replied no it’s a just because. I told her I would be mailing the bracelet to Georgia because that’s where my granddaughter lives so she put a gift receipt in the bag just in case she wants a different charm. I walk pass the showcase almost everyday and just admired a bracelet for my granddaughter. So the sales rep was a very big help. A big👍Up to the sales rep although I forgot her name she was very very helpful.

Our sales associate was very friendly and highly knowledgeable about the merchindise. We were so happy with her we went by a second time and made another purchase.

The store layout And presentation was very very pretty. Very clean and organized. Very friendly workers who were so polite and patient with us. Answered all our questions. I had a nice time and I will be back.

Personally I just love pandora jewelry. The associates are very friendly and patient. Also love the fact that they give you all their attention when working with you from beginning to the end of your transaction.

I was satisfied with the employees and the way they were able to help me find the right charm for my bracelet. They also gave me great advice on what to get for the next time as well.
