Communication is very important especially at a time like this due to the virus, despite having to wait in line I was constantly abreast of the wait time and was provided with a catalog so that I could browse through the items.(very impressed) When it was my turn to enter the store I didn't feel like I was being rushed.

The salesgirl was very professional. She worked at getting me the best deal. The store was very clean and all employees were professional. Very enjoyable experience.

The sales lady was very helpful to me. She took her time with me and showed me everything l wanted to see. And explained to everything conserving my Charms. She is an asset at Pandora and her smile brightens up your Store.

I was satisfied with how quickly we got help. Our helper just happened to have “assistant manager” name tag, very impressed. Also, every item we asked to see, she had a detailed background and many options for each.

The wait time was not bad. Every one was wearing mask and were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the attentiveness IVY gave us while we were in the store and the time she took to make sure all our request were met.
