it was my first times buying something from pandora and the lady who helped me was so nice and explaining how much things were and it was really nice

The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable. I came in to get 2 ring one of them she has and I bought it the other she told me where I could get from.. This location is so nice

Upon visiting I was ushered in the store by the associate. The associate was informative and explain in details of merchandise. She was extremely patient.

The store was empty of customers so I had excellent service with great suggestions by sales person

Store was clean and bright. Staff was friendly and welcoming. They knew exactly what I wanted once I described what kind of charm I was looking for. Check out was fast and easy and they cleaned my bracelets!!

I was instantly greeted by Shannon who inquired about the reason for my visit and was directed to an associate who assisted me with my purchase and offered to clean my bracelet. I could tell there were smiles behind the masks.

The staff was very helpful. The number of beads. The best thing was that they had star wars.

The lady who greeted me at the door found my merchandise on her computer so purchasing it took no time at all. The clerk was very nice too.

Shannon the assistant manager was wonderful and thoughtful in rearranging my charms on my bracelet when I selected the new one. She was able to answer my question about the cost of purchasing the gold bracelet and the Pandora card option with savings.
