I wanted to exchange a rose gold bracelet for a silver one. it was within the 30 days however, our Sales person Demi, stated that the bracelet was a final sale. She ended up showing me how I can incorporate silver charms on my bracelet and I purchased another $138 worth of new charms. She is very knowledgeable and courteous.

The associate was knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Also, the other associate who were not attending to me were friendly too.

I really liked your selection and your rep, Elizeth was very professional and accommodating and took her time with me in picking out a charm and rearranging my bracelet and making the sale! I came there for 1 charm only, the Disney Anna charm and ended up with a Murano glass charm to make the bracelet in symmetry with the other existing charms. The bracelet is really coming together nicely. She is an asset to your store.
