Dissatisfied with the assistant manager who helped me at the Pandora inside Annapolis Mall. Purchased a set of earrings & a bracelet for Valentines Day and the assistant manager did not advise me of the free pair of earrings with the purchase of $125 or more. I spent $143 and only returned to Pandora because a friend needed to buy a gift as well. The other sales associate (Alyssa) did a phenomenal job. She advised of all the sales & free set of earrings with the purchase of $125 or more. Even though she had nothing to do with my purchase she offered to correct the problem. I am disappointed at the fact that I was not offered the special poromtion. I purchase jewelry st Pandora all the time for every special occasion. Not going to return to Pandora for a while.

When I arrived In the store the store was pretty empty and an associate said they would get right to me and there was no sense of urgency. The associate took her time and was moving extremely slow trying to ring up my purchase. I had placed a item on hold and only needed to pay and leave. I was in the store for about 30 minutes waiting for the associate to figure out how to ring up my purchase.

I wanted 30 min to be waiting on. I had to ask for help while sales person stand around. I was treated like I wasn't there to buy. Second the charm I wanted had one price the sales lady told me I couldn't get it for that price.

I returned the shine pandora ball because it turned. The sales person exchange and placed on my bangle. It was off by the time I arrived home.

I didn’t say I was satisfied. I was very satisfied. Not likely that I will be back within 90 days because I don’t shop for Pandora items very often. It was just for my birthday. But when I do decide to buy more Pandora, this store will definitely be on my list. The salesperson was busy. There was one customer in front of me and one waiting after me. The salesperson took time with the person ahead of me and me as well. Very friendly and professional. And great service is the main reason I would return to this location.

A Salesperson was assigned to assist me with a just couple of days experience & I was told an experienced sales person would come and take over shortly but THAT never happened. It took an hour an a half to finalize my purchase. She had to get help to even process my purchase 4 times!!

I wanted to exchange a purchase my husband made for me. Because I did not have his credit card, I was not allowed to return or exchange without accepting a store credit. With today's technology, this policy is poor customer service, and as a result, I will not purchase the items I intended to; I will simply return everything when he gets back in town.

I can tell you on 1 sentence. They charged me full price for an on sale item. Even after the manager pointed out the item was on sale.

Not understanding the ask. My visit was extremely positive and productive. Vera was an absolute delight.
