Waiting in the line wrapped around the store was expected. The Assistant Manager walked through the line and informed me of what was available. My sales associate Danila, was lackluster - did not seem to care about the sale.... told me my requested items were not available as they were right in the case. Thank pretty much did the sale on my own - by then I was ready to go but actually wanted to originally purchase for 3 more people. Her attitude made me not want to. I asked her to clean my bracelet she literally told me they were done cleaning for the day after a couple got their rings cleaned right in front of me. Never again!

the lady name was Shannon at Annapolis store and she added my new pieces to my bracelet and either didnt put my clap back on or she didnt close it tight because when i got home my clap was missing. I called the store and she acting like i might be lying!!!!!

Rose the sales associate was very ride and unknowledgeable. She showed me one item then proceeded to ring me up. I simply wanted to see it. I had to tell her I wanted to look around to which she rolled her eyes. Every item after that I asked to see, she couldn’t find or came back with the one that was next to the one I wanted to see. She acted as if I was bothering her by being there. I had a friend with me who wanted items also. She tried to ask another employee to see a charm. That employee took the charm out and carried it over to rose and tossed it in her tray and walked away. I had to ask rose if she could see the charm. The assistant manager was in store and I tried to talk to her multiple times but she was super busy and all the other employees were nearby and I didn’t want to create a big scene. I almost walked out twice but needed items for a gift. Took over an hour to see and get three items and checked out. It was the most uncomfortable and rude encounter I have had in a long time. I was super upset and will not go back anytime soon

The sales associate Bree H was extremely unpleasant. We stood in line, she asked us what we were looking for and informed us they were no longer cleaning jewelry. The entire time she was unfriendly and impatient.

The first part of the issue is how you have customers staging outside the storm. Literally spent 45 minutes outside the store, in line with other customers, getting yelled at by other stores because the queue was so long. LoveSac was literally yelling at Pandora customers, then caused a confrontation with management at Pandora, that literally did nothing. On top of that, the sales rep I had could barely speak English, didn't know where anything was and tried to charge me for 2 charms that were roughly 40 dollars more a piece instead of the correct ones. The fact that she attempted to argue it with me, then saw she was wrong, is the reason why I will solely purchase online anymore.

The sales associate did not know what she was doing, she dropped my charm on the hard floor and would not let me inspect is for damage after she dropped it.

They had to run my credit card multiple times, but guaranteed me it would only charge once. I have just chexked and I was charged 3 times for the same one item

I requested a certain size for a ring I wanted to give someone on a special day and the employee gave me the wrong size. Went back to Pandora to tell them it didn’t fit and i needed a smaller size and they told me they couldn’t do anything. Did not know it wasn’t the size I asked for until I went to several different jewelry stores to find out that your employee gave me the wrong size.

I ordered a charm online for store pick up. The website stated product was in stock and available for store pick up. I was charged $69.00. I ordered product at 11am drove over 1 hour to the store location and waited to receive my product 6 hours to be told that they never had the product in stock and I would receive product in 5-7 days check back. The Manager Giselle would not look my confirmation information or give me a cancellation receipt. I had to make an considerable larger purchase and they would not cancel my previous order. Now it is 24 hours later and I still have 2 pending charges on my bank statement. I have no access to my money and no receipt. The lack of concern from your Manager Giselle & company policy... “TRASH”. Thank you for spreading Christmas Grief
