The line outside the store had 9 people ahead of me. Within 10 min 6 other people got in line. 3 staff were working and allowed the customers an unusual amt of time to look thru books and make selections. I was in line for over 1 hr. One customer was in the store when I got there and was still trying to make selections when I left one hour later. That should never have happened. Never again will I shop at that store.

Employees are rude, unhelpful and in a rush. Also, was charged a different prices than what is advertised in the glass display. Saleswoman wouldn’t help me figure out what size for my daughter so I guessed. Just overall unhappy with my first experience at your store.

The sales associate seemed agitated and we weren’t even taking that long to pick out our purchase. She was throwing the keys on the glass in frustration. She was also tossing the jewelry around. Very unfriendly.

The wait was almost a hour than the associate was rushing me not allowing me to look at all the charms charms told him I wanted to see all rose gold charms he showed me 3 and than one charm I wanted to purchase I was told I could only buy in a set than went home and the same charm was available for pick up at the same store I was at seems I was lied to

I purchased a charm and it broke and they said they cannot replace or fox it because I bought it on sale this is a Pandora charm that’s unfair because I Just wanted a replacement or for them to fix it and they said they can’t but this is a Pandora charm so it makes no sense to me, Unfair to a customer that this is Pandoras product and just because I bought it on sale now is being ignored to be replaced or repaired.

Made online order for store pickup for milestone bday gift and went same day to pick up only to discover the store closed early for cleaning per handwritten sign on door. Unfortunately I was unable to return due to work before remaining two days for pick up. However I phoned the store on the third day to explain the circumstance and request assistance and was told to return to the store next day before noon and order would be available. When I returned at 1130am I received the worst service by the associates. I stood outside the entryway as appropriate given the pandemic, but was waiting to enter the store with no acknowledgment for 15 mins. Eventually I was told to come in/browse so I headed straight to the register where another customer was being helped. Once that transaction was done the associate walked away with no acknowledgment of me standing there. I awkwardly stood there before she returned to say that someone would help me. That associate walked away again and then returned and said is there something I can help you with, in unprofessional manner. Her tone/attitude/discourteous nature was offputting. The entire transaction was unpleasant. I will never return.

The sales associate seemed more than less interested in assisting me in my purchase. Elizeth A (194969) gave attitude and responded very nonchalantly. She responded with one word answers never gave any recommendations and didn’t even say goodbye. If I didn’t stand in line for 20-30 mins I’m sure I would not have purchased anything. I am not one to write reviews but this was a terrible experience, I understand the hectics of working retail during holidays but non of her peers/ coworkers seemed to treat their employees with the same disrespect that I received today. This was my very first Pandora purchase and it saddens me that my experience was so poor.

Associate was not friendly or helpful. Did not show any charms just quoted price from book for ones I asked about. Did not suggest any others. I usually spend over $200 per trip. Only spent $40.

Associate was rude, mean, and no costumer engagement abilities and was not of good service. Blamed the problem of my jewelry on me...
