The young sales girl was not friendly at all. No smile just a smirk on her face and no welcome from her. It was as if she did not want to be there working. My daughter complained to the manager about her attitude toward me.

sales associate was too pushy and basically tried to force me to buy additional merchandise. Just came in to pick up my bracelets from being cleaned. both bracelets had numerous charms already on them

The sales associate was not friendly at all. She did not greet me when I entered the store. She was not knowledgeable about the product I asked about for my bracelet. She wasn't willing to show me more than 1 item at the time. I will not return to that store to make another purchase.

Sales associate continued to harp on what wasn't in the store rather than recommending several different items.. wasnt sure which finger i wanted a ring on and She appeared frustrated with me due to my indecisiveness in choosing which finger... unfortunately, I just wanted something new.

Truth in advertising please. in the display windows of the store, a very large sign was posted, 45% disc when you buy 3 items, 35% disc for 2 items and 25% disc for 1 item. It was misleading because i thought all items were given discounts only to find out later on that this was only on pre-selected items. Due notice should be given buyers that this was limited to specific items only so as not to mislead them. This is the reason for my dissatisfaction.

I was not satisfied with my visit because I had to wait outside for 30 minutes before I could even get in the door. I understand that it’s the holiday season but It was much to long of a wait to get in the store. If I know exactly what I want it should be someone at the register to help me. Once I got in the store I was in and out in 10 minutes, but the 30 minutes leading up to that was torture.

I had to wait almost 20 minutes to be waited on. When I asked the price of an item, I was told, "$90, but you get 35% off." When I asked how much that was, she just stared at me, then rolled her eyes when I asked what the final price would be."

Associates were talking among themselves all the time of my visit!!!! Even when cashing me up, they were still sharing stories & laughter & not paying attention to me
