Associate sold me the wrong ring. I picked one then changed to another and she still sold me my first choice.

I had purchased a ring on sale and the diamond had fallen out of it so I called and asked if I could return it and the woman said yes on the phone that as long as I had purchased it within the last year and i had the recipe to prove it I could bring it in. I even said to the woman on the phone that it was a ring on sale and she said the warranty still applied. So I brought the ring up to return it and they no longer had the ring in stock, which was fine I was just going to pick another ring out. But the sales associate said I had to pick a ring out from the sale section... which doesn’t make any sense to me. Because if I picked a ring out that was more money then the value of my original ring I would just pay the difference. But they were insistent on making sure I understood that I understood they’re policy on final sale and that they were doing me a favor it seemed like. I did get to pick out a ring from the normal selection and not the sale selection and I paid the difference of 7$. However the manager was rude and just kept repatriating herself with an attitude. I believe her name was toya or something like that. I purchased my ring from the Annapolis mall in Maryland.

The handheld device kept discounting from WiFi. It took 30 minutes to exchange a broken bracelet for another bracelet.

The sales associate wasn’t very personable. I think she could’ve been a little more welcoming. Also the ring display was messy and rings were missing. Very disappointed.

Visited the store 3 days after Xmas yo exchange a ring for size I purchased for granddaughter. After waiting in line for 15 min, the assoc appeared annoyed and when asked if we could have our bracelets (2) cleaned, we were told we would have to wait in line AGAIN. Not the cust service that is portrayed when making the purchase.

Bought two charms for different people and told the sales associate this at the first introduction. When we went to go get the charms form the associate wrapping them, I ask if she marked which charm was which and she replied "no, I was told the charms were for the same person so I did not feel it was necessary". Well of course the are for two separate people. We could not wait another 5 minutes for her to fix the issue as we had a movie to attend and this was a unplanned purchase. You might want to communicate with the customer before just making own decisions.

The sales associates took over three minutes to acknowledge me being in their store. It seemed that customer service wasn’t a focus for them as more customer came into the store and experienced the same lack of greeting.

This is my third time at the Annapolis location and each time the employees have an I don’t care attitude. Again I could make a sound decision on what I really wanted as everything is under lock and key and you can’t reall determine if you luke it or not with the bad lightening. Or see all items. I have just made a decision that Pandora is not customer friendly and if I can see or touch then I can take my business elsewhere. Larger chain jewelry stores allow you to preview and try on jewelry to make decision of what looks good on you and show you products of interest. And they have far more expensive items in there stores.

Sales person acted as if I was taking up her time and did not want to be bothered. I felt rushed. I felt you did not have enough larger size bracelets. I would have spent about 1000 dollars but instead only spent 180
