The sales associates was rude. She was not friendly and seemed put out when questions were asked or if we wanted to see an item.

My son and I were not greeted or asked if we needed assistance upon entering the store. I also did not appreciate her slamming the trays or cabinets closed. I noticed the other associate helping another guest who came in after me, received better attention and service than I did. I will not be back. I would rather drive father to receive better service.

The customer service was the worse, both of the ladies working were slamming their little books like there was no tomorrow. They look like they didn’t want to be there and one of them had a bad attitude.

Salesperson wasn’t very friendly at all. I had to practically pull answers out of her! Wasn’t suggested! I have to figure out how to put charms on my charm holder around my neck! I’ve be won’t be coming back to that store !

The sales associate that was helping me made me feel like she was helping out of obligation. She was not friendly and even came off annoyed when helping me.

I waited a very very long time to be helped. That would have been ok if they would have acknowledged that I was waiting. Even if the associate made eye contact. Once the sales person helped me she was very friendly and helpful.

The salesperson was not knowledgeable about the merchandise. And also indirectly insulted my friend. She also never asked where I wanted my charms placed and actually allowed me to by a stopper that I thought was a charm. Now I will have to go to another store to have them exchange it or purchase a new one.

Logistically, movement in the store was awkward and the sales associates in the store seemed very frustrated.

I purchased item online to be picked up in-store. When I arrived at the store the item was no longer available! HOW??? Just unacceptable and a waste of my time I could have picked up at another location and the answer was definitely unsatisfactory
