The charm that I was interested in purchasing was priced at $55. The sales associate stated that the price displayed was incorrect and she charged me $65. She stated that the prices was from 2022 catalog and they have alot of new sales employees that made a mistake with the price that was displayed. I will not do any services at the Pandora in Annapolis Mall. The staff was rude and they talked at the counter amongst themselves for 10 minutes before asking me if I needed any assistance. I spoke with the Manager and she stated that they are a franchise and they don't honor the price displayed.

Tue clasp on the original bracelet opened therefore I lost it and five charms (one gold one), and one Las Vegas Harley, which she seemed to be remise about the product poor quality on clasp issue. Next, she presented one that was not the same, but she insisted it was (til I shared knowledge between the Suttle differences in a cross). Next she got angry when I asked dorthe two boxes that cone with my purchase, saying "why since your going to wear them now?) I had to justify wanting the original box for each that I was buying there at the time. Then she handed me one, and I had to ask for the other, which seemed to get her angry, for such a small request. After all the price for the boxes are factored into the cost of the pieces I bought. Additionally, I was buying again from her (Lauren) a replacement piece for the one she recalled my buying from her. She did give me her condolences for my loss. However the cadence for the rest of my time there just sets me back to a desire to shop at another Pandora site. Ms. Carolyn Bernota

I was not satisfied because the sales person gave false information. We wanted to purchase the Washington dc charm and he said it was only to be purchased in dc. This is false. Also, that the charm was discontinued. I went to Pandora website and its still being sold.

I placed my preset prior to Christmas, I went to pick up the order on 12/24. The pandora had closed early due to unexpected reasons. Sunday they were closed due to the holiday and Monday was the last day to pick up my order with out being canceled. I called pandora.com and spoke with a representative and they stated they spoke to someone at the store and my order will be on hold. I went to the location which is 30 minutes from my home to be told the item was not there nor was it on hold. The product discount code the representative gave me was only for online purchases and the store would not honor it. The only plus side to this was they had a small selection that was half off so I was able to purchase from there for my daughter’s very late Christmas gift.

The salesperson was playing around while customers where waiting. The staff wasn't showing positive customer service. Customers should be first then play around,once the custers are gone. I had to wait over 15 minutes when you had about 6 salespeson and less than 4 customers in the store. Your sales associates where running in and out of the store while customers where waiting. This store needs to be more professional and rember customers are first and very important.

I wasn’t shown selections I’d ask about. My merchandise wasn’t properly packed as I’m used to. The associates weren’t friendly or knowledgeable.

I bought a pendant charm in Pandora store, but the store it’s to far away from my house and I see the charm it’s not good and try to change and another store more closer to my house, bud the ladies said, I have to go at the store I bought the charm, and they didn’t want to help me. I bought everything with my Pandora credit card

The young woman who waited on us was not very friendly. She acted as though we had bothered her to be waited on. We were attempting to return a ring and purchase a new one. in the end we purchased a charm that was not as expensive. we could not find a replacement for the ring and she was of no help in showing them. My husband has purchased four bracelets and about fifty charms. I will continue ordering them but not there but online. This way I do not have to deal with unhelpful people!

I asked to exchange a bracelet (heart clasp) for the very exact type because mine falls off all the time, and the associate wouldn’t even consider it. She didn’t even look up my account to see how long I had the bracelet. She took it in the back and came back and said “it should be better now”. I had just bought 5 new charms the week prior (and several other items) and put them on that bracelet; and the bracelet fell off in a crowded store the same day (thank goodness someone saw it happen and told me).

I was happy with Pandora store but very unhappy with the salesperson: Rosemarie B, it feel like I was being rush, still had questions and briefly look at the charms…….
