sales person was not friendly at all and it was hard to move in the store with a stroller .

There are always at least 9 to 12 people just standing around while I just stand there waiting for assistance. I almost walked out of store to go purchase elsewhere. It’s slways this way. Extremely rude to have to wait 10 or 1( minutes for someone to wait in you.

Felt the store sales clerk was stereotyping me, she was moving very slow and wouldn’t put the merchandise on the counter. She wasn’t listening when I told her specifically what I didn’t want she kept showing me merchandise I wasn’t interested in.

The sales associate was not knowledgeable on the products. This is just one example: I asked if she could help me identify the birth stone for each month (to decide which ring/earrings to purchase). I was told that all the products with birth stones were in the display counter case. I insisted that they must have a catalog with this information. The manager replied that all catalogs had been handed out during the holiday season and they had none left. Then later, the sales associate flipped through a binder catalog to locate the price for something else and I saw the pages with the birth stone info. I asked to see that page and then asked to see a ring with aquamarine. The sales associated then pointed to a ring with turquoise and told me that this was it. Disappointing to not be dealing with a more knowledgeable, engaged, excited about the products staff.

There was a long waiting line, it would be nice if there were seats or benches to sit on while people waited. Also the sales associate was pretty quiet and didn’t seem overly friendly.

We had a 35 to 40 minute wait in line to exchange of Christmas gifts, with about 8 customers in front of us when we got in line. Not enough associates working the after Christmas rush for exchanges and returns, and they were way too slow. Your jewelry seems overpriced for the quality, with fake stones. I wouldn't have purchased it myself but received as a gift.

This visit was actually my second for the same items. The first visit I walked out after 15 minutes not being waited on. Actually no one even said hello or we will be with you soon. not even eye contact. The second visit I waited about 10 minutes (I stayed because I really needed to buy gifts). once again now acknowledgment I was there. No eye contact. No "someone will be right with you" Once I was waited on things were great! great product at a fair price.

Management wasn't good, especially for the price that we paid. I expected it to be more friendly. When I bought my first purchase they were all nice and when I went back for a second time it was not the same experience I had the first time. Makes me doubt if I'm going to go back for a third time.

I went to Pandora in Columbia Mall in Maryland and was set up with a sales associate named Diamond. When I asked about a ring Light as a feather, she told me Pandora didn't have it in cold. I had to question her again and again, when finally she said: "It's rose gold, not gold". I asked her about a charm and she said they didn't have it in stock and that there was no way for me to buy it. I later found out I could order it and pick up either in store or shipped to my house for additional charge. I asked her to call other stores for items they didn't have and she said: "Yes, we have other stores". I had to ask her twice more to call and see if other stores have the item. She called one store and said she couldn't reach them. Icould reach the same store easily in the next few minutes. Diamond couldn't care if I buy anything that day. After being Pandora customer for years and shopping there for myself and my family with positive results, I felt unwelcomed and disappointed that day. I left without purchase. I called Pandora store in Annapolis mall and they had what I was looking for, Eleni, others in the store couldn't been more friendly and helpful. They restored my faith in Pandora
