While the sales associate was helping me I needed my bracelet cleaned so she cleaned it. The store manager asked another associate if I was buying and if not I could wait outside although I was looking at items to purchase. Just pure racist!

I visited the store to purchase some charms and have bracelet cleaned because I hadn’t done so due to pandemic. The rep was stand offish and seemed to have an attitude. She was not friendly or helpful. The rep cleaned my bracelet and gave it back to me. When I put it on the clasp broke. The rep immediately said if it’s been over a year we can’t replace it. I told her my bracelet was fine before she cleaned it! The store lead was there the entire time. She stepped in and tried to fix it but was unable to do so. She replaced the bracelet without me asking. The lead was great. The rep not so much. I’ve never had an experience like this at pandora.

Felt ignored by staff upon entering. Was ignored by 5 staff people . Was not informed of how to enter store or waiting. One woman said she could help then said she needed to go to restroom first, never went but sent other girl to help me.

I had to ask for help with looking at a bracelet (associate was looking at inventory) I wasn't sure of size and associate didn't offer any sizing assistance african american associate next to her who looked at me when I said I didn't know my size, didn't offer a suggestion to the other associate to size my wrist. Had trouble putting on the bracelet and not once did the associate attempt to help. I struggled a bit and she stated that "it takes practic" which was not acceptable customer service. Assisting me with putting it on would have been a better alternative.

Need more life memory charms. Camping fishing skis vegetables Gardner. My mom just passed and I would like to make a memory bracelet. I think some of your prices are high and not affordable for a mother starting one for her daughter. We buried my mom with her because it hade the things she loved to do on them.. just need more options.

I had ordered some necklaces online and when I Received it in the mail I got the wrong items I was highly disappointed and I had to call three different stores to get someone’s help .

I went to this store to purchase a Pandora for my mom. The sales associate was awesome, she was friendly and knowledgeable. I know accidents happen, by error she gave me a wrong size for my bracelet I noticed until I got home. I had to drive all the way back to the store to exchange it, this time the assistant manager helped me to exchange but instead of apologize for the inconvenience she was just asking too many questions about it. I live 30 minutes away from this place, I think it is wrong not to at least say “sorry” instead of making fun for not getting more products from the store. I was disappointed for that, but I was satisfied with the help and service provided by my sales associate.

The employee there was nice but she kept insisting I get a credit card after I had already mentioned I really didn't want to. I believe she may have charged me for something twice and that is the reason I will be returning. She was really sweet and helpful and I believe it was an honest mistake but overall I really wished she hadn't been so pushy about everything.
