I was not treated disrespectfully in a direct way, but the increasing accumulation of sale associate around us was making me uncomfortable. I understand that employee#1 was there to assist my wife and me, the second one was standing there watching to make sure we did not steel anything, but the third person asking if there was a problem was absolutely ridiculous. I am an architect with an income of six figures a year and the $600 I paid in Pandora jewelry was nothing big. The only reason I decided to purchase the items and not express my upset to your employees was because I wanted to give my wife a good day. The experience was so out of this world that despite employee#1 was helping us, as soon as I selected the pieces I liked, employee#2 reach across the counter and remove the other item saying "OK, let me put this back", and then she was gone. At this time I had taken my debit card out of my Gucci wallet.

There were several charms and bracelet sizes that were out of stock. Since my visit was in mid-September, I didn't expect there to be a lack of inventory. While the associate that helped me was knowledgeable, she didn't offer to call other Pandora stores or give me an idea of where else to go to get the specific charms I was looking for.

Overall experience was great - however, they didn't have the open cuff bracelet I wanted. That was disappointing because I wanted 3 of them for Christmas presents.

I went in and wanted the promotion that you were advertising for $159.00(bracelet/3 charms)then they have another one directly next to it for$199.00.She would not give me the bracelet that my wife saw in promotion because it was$10.00 more.I went to Reeds jewelers and they said it would be no problem.Trying to figure it out!!!

The line was huge and only 2 staff members to help you look and also cash you out. When they were cashing customers out they were over top of the counter amd couldn't look at any of the merchandise unless you said excuse me and was a bit rude.

Arrived at 10:45am on a Tuesday morning to find the store closed and 5 people waiting outside. Finally, at 11am, a salesperson opened the store and after waiting over 45mins I had to leave—other obligations. Came back about 30mins later, there were now 2 salespeople and 3 people waiting in front of me, but guess what?…I still waited an additional hour to simply exchange an item! Ridiculous! Clerks never acknowledged the line or the wait. Clerks never asked if anyone had a quick pickup or exchange. They simply just helped the next person without regard to how long it was taking. At least 6 different customers walked away from the line out of frustration. Poor system to not help pickups and exchanges quickly. I understand people need to browse and try on; however, if someone can just help the pickups and exchanges in less than 3mins time then service them so they can move on. It’s not rocket science…

4 people in line, 2 people working, but only 1 person waiting on the customers. The other look like she was doing inventory to close but the pregnant 1 was waiting on the customers 1 by 1 very slowly. Customers should be first

The lack of glass beads. I had a choice of only four to choose from. Very disappointing 🙁
