I know it's difficult but all of the selections were not displayed.

Because the store at Westfield Shopping Center, Annapolis, Maryland did open until 10:15 a.m. It was 15 minutes late opening.

The first associate the spoke with me was rude. The second one whom I pur chased from was excellent. So if it wasn't for the first associate my review would be stellar because the second associate made up for her lack of customer service.

Store too crowded difficult to see merchandise.

The prices are higher than they need to be. The clasps on the bracelet are difficult to operate one handed. I liked the commemorative charm but had no interest in the big ornament box it is bundled with.

I was highly satisfied because I didn’t have to wait long. I was helped right away. I found want I wanted and the customer service was excellent.

Was looking for a deal, with having to purchase so many pieces at a time.

I love that one one experience that you receive the moment the sales person ask how can I help you today . They take there time with you and dont rush you they make sure you leave the store satisfied and happy.

No one is perfect and there is always room for improvement.

I was told that I could not exchange my leather rope bracelet for a silver bracelet I had to get the same one which I was not happy with because the leather was coming off of the bracelet
