The sales associate, Vera(I think that's her name), was really nice. I can tell she was a professional. She waited on me but also acknowledged other customer's as they walked in. I didn't feel jaded or rushed because I was confused as to what to get. She was patient, kind and knowledgeable about the products. She was good. I'll be back to that store in the future.

The sales associate was friendly & knowledgeable, the exchange process was quick. But in my opinion, a Highly Satisfied rating should be reserved for experiences that are truly exceptional. My experience was fine - I have nothing negative to say - but I wouldn't call it "exceptional".

I was never shown how to open the bracelet. When my wife opened her new gift, we had to "Google" how to open it

Customer service was good ... wasn't took crowded forcwsit time although after christmas... sales representative was helpful

The experience in this particular store for the most part is always great. I'm sure it was do to the after Christmas returns, that made this visit a little more challenging. It was still over all a good visit experience.

1. The sales associate didn't seem to know where the product were located. 2. One item that I wanted she could not locate but I located it on display. 3. The selection for the sale could have been better. The sales person said only the holiday charms, some of the bracelets and I think earrings. But I went for charms and bracelet. 4. The best sale Pandora has had when you allowed a percentage off of whatever you wanted to purchase in the store. 5. The turnover of sales associates in this store seems to be high. I frequent it regularly but I think for now I am going to go back to the jewelry stores that sell Pandora until there is stability at this location.

There was an extended wait to be waited on which I understand because of the busy season of the holiday. They had a great system in place of using a wait list similar to a restaurant and even offered to text when it was my turn. I did notice a couple of associates who were not serving customers and one who was snacking in chocolate. So while the store addressed the busy time of year I felt that some of the store associates could have been used more efficiently

Had to wait too long to get an associate to help me. Seemed like a lot of people standing around.

The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. They clearly understood that I was a first timer and worked with me during my selections and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism.
